At the start of an encounter, you have combat advantage against any creatures that have no yet acted in that encounter.
You don’t take a penalty to Stealth checks for moving more than 2 squares, and you take a -5 penalty instead of a -10 penalty to Stealth checks for running. In addition, you can make a Stealth check to become hidden if you have any cover or concealment.
You can use Intelligence instead of Dexterity for initiative checks and Stealth checks.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls with pistols. You gain Far Shot as a bonus feat, even if you don’t meet the prerequisites.
Once per turn, when you have combat advantage against an enemy and hit that enemy with an attack using a weapon you are proficient with, the attack deals extra damage. The extra damage is +2d8 from 1st-10th level, +3d8 from 11th-20th level, and +5d8 from 21st-30th level.
